About The Position
The Trucking Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's Dump Truck fleet, including dispatching and monitoring outside hauling companies as needed. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of drivers, ensure compliance with transportation regulations, and coordinate maintenance schedules. The Trucking Foreman will also track transportation-related expenses and maintain accurate records, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of goods and services.
