About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Truck Yard Worker to join our team. This position involves working outdoors , assisting with strapping and unstrapping cargo, and helping maintain a clean and organized yard as directed by the Yard Supervisor. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with strapping and unstrapping cargo on trucks and containers.
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of debris according to Yard Supervisor instructions.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support yard operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
