Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
2+ years of welding/mechanical experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform welding repairs and fabrication on truck bodies, frames, and components.
Diagnose structural issues and determine appropriate repair methods.
Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) and cutting tools safely and effectively.
Assist with routine maintenance and mechanical repairs as needed.
Ensure all work meets company safety standards and DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and materials used.
Collaborate with mechanics and fleet supervisors to prioritize repairs.
