About The Position

PIPESTONE is looking for a motivated Truck Wash Lead to guide our wash bay team and help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently! If you’re a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, physical work environment — we want to meet you! As our Truck Wash Lead, you’ll be responsible for: Leading daily activity in the wash bay Setting and maintaining rotation for wash bay tasks Covering power washer rotations during breaks Ensuring proper start-up and shutdown of all wash bays Training Level I and Level II Power Washers Driving trucks in/out of wash bay Completing supply orders & daily wash logs Performing minor repairs on hoses, equipment, and trailers Inspecting trailers to meet biosecurity standards Parking trailers as needed Collaborating with management to ensure accurate wash scheduling Operating pressure washers, flush hoses, and soap systems Sweeping, squeegeeing, and general clean-up Removing/replacing trailer decking Loading/unloading washer & dryer and folding towels/clothing Moving soap barrels with a dolly Reporting any truck/trailer damage

Requirements

  • High school education
  • Must be a Level II Power Washer in good standing for at least 6 months
  • Ability to work in wet, damp, loud, and outdoor conditions
  • Physical ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours, lift up to 50–100 lbs (with assistance), and perform frequent bending and reaching
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
  • Ability to pass MVR background check

Nice To Haves

  • CDL preferred (not required)

Responsibilities
