If you want to earn great pay, stay active, and contribute to your community—this is the opportunity for you! 💵 What We Offer: Flexible Scheduling: We operate 7 days a week All team members must be available for at least one weekend day Full-time: 4 shifts/week (8–12 hours per shift) Part-time: 2–3 shifts/week (same shift length) Pay Structure: Average earnings: $18–$20+/hr (hourly rate + cash tips + bonuses) Performance Bonus (Profit Share): Earn a percentage of the revenue from jobs you complete—your effort = your reward! 🚚 A Day in the Life: Start the day with a vehicle inspection & morning huddle Head out in teams of two in our shiny blue trucks Visit customers’ homes & businesses, removing unwanted items and leaving smiles behind Provide on-site quotes and finalize pricing (don’t worry, we train you!) Sort and dispose responsibly — we recycle and donate wherever possible Stay connected with dispatch throughout your route End each day knowing you helped your community and got a great workout doing it!
Requirements
- 21+ years old (required for insurance)
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL needed)
- Clean driving record (past 5 years – we’ll check!)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong, friendly attitude and reliable work ethic
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, customer service, or labor-intensive roles
