About The Position

The Truck Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the truck sales department, ensuring that sales goals are met and the department remains profitable. This role involves managing staff, analyzing market potential, controlling inventory, and training employees to meet company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the Heavy Duty Truck market with sales and management experience.
• Proven ability to motivate a sales team with a persuasive and optimistic demeanor.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles with a safe driving record; a Commercial Driver's License is preferred.

• Control inventory and order stock trucks as needed.
• Evaluate trade-in conditions and set pricing accordingly.
• Train and develop staff, ensuring compliance with Kenworth/Paccar training requirements.
• Cooperate with other departments for overall company benefit.
• Participate actively in meetings and set departmental goals.
