General Job Description This position will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of commercial vehicles for the assigned Service Department(s). This position will provide exceptional customer service and conduct business in a professional manner, including courteous on-time delivery and projecting a professional image. Requirements

  • 18 years of age.
  • High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience.
  • Valid Commercial Driver License, and qualifying MVR

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of direct customer-facing sales experience.
  • Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision.
  • Basic knowledge off Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Heavy-duty truck aptitude.
  • Strong organization, communication, and phone skills.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements.
  • Check lot and log out truck locations.
  • Battery log/charging (EV, Diesel).
  • Daily sales/RO updates.
  • Check in/out trucks.
  • Coordinate delivery prep (wash, inspect, fuel).
  • Deliveries approved by GM.
  • Lot organization (sales/service).
  • Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
