About The Position

The Truck Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining all systems of a Class 8 tractor. This includes performing DOT inspections, replacing clutches, brakes, and tires as necessary, conducting electrical diagnosis, diagnosing engine problems, and performing preventative maintenance. The technician will also communicate with drivers to address maintenance issues and perform diagnosis with PACCAR Engines. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Experience as a Class 8 tractor mechanic or adequate trade school training and experience
• Must be a team player, hardworking, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule
• Adequate computer skills to perform duties assigned
• Proper tools to perform the job

Responsibilities
