This role requires strong observational skills, clear reporting abilities, familiarity with CTPAT standards, and the capacity to work effectively in fast-paced environments while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Must have or be able to obtain a Valid ASRB License
  • Valid, not expired, Driver’s License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be familiar with CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) guidelines
  • Must have scheduling experience
  • Minimum Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong situational awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and tablets
  • Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without break
  • Walk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping
  • Ability to perform walking, standing, bending, light lifting, observing, detailed reporting, and greeting visitors for extended periods
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement, or Security experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of AS400 systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement, or Security experience
  • 1+ year management or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns
  • Check and secure doors, gates, windows, etc.
  • Monitor buildings for unauthorized people, suspicious activity, safety hazards, water leaks, fires, etc.
  • Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials
  • Monitor surveillance systems
  • Provide escorts when requested
  • Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
  • Record detailed reports, including: Daily Activity Reports Incident & Maintenance Reports Parking Violations Visitor / Truck Log Ins
  • Remain alert for violations and contact appropriate authority
  • Read and understand written instructions; complete standard forms/logs
  • Assist visitors and employees professionally
  • Enforce SEI and Client policies
  • Must always present a professional appearance in a clean, pressed uniform
