About The Position
U.S. Xpress is looking for experienced truck drivers who want to earn more as a Certified Career Coach. As a Career Coach, you can earn extra cash on the road, have priority access to freight, and can expect an average of up to 2500 miles per week. You'll be paired with a student to help ensure they have the skills they need to upgrade to a first seat driver. We're accepting Career Coach applications for both OTR and Dedicated drivers.
