CDL A - Truck Driver

As a Truck Driver, you’ll play a key role in the movement of components, transfers, raw materials and finished goods to the proper buildings in accordance with production/manufacturing requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- CDL Class A License required
- Fork truck and Hazmat/DOT certification required
- Knowledge of written and spoken English sufficient for internal communication
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to understand Standard Operating Procedures, cGMP's and communicate their requirements to others
Responsibilities
- Transport materials between warehouses.
- Drive all warehouse equipment.
- Perform pre-trip DOT inspection at the start of every shift.
- Keep tractor/box truck clean and log work activities
- Transport materials between warehouses.
- Maintain truck inspection sheet and report fuel usage
- Report maintenance issues to Supervisor when needed.
- Basic housekeeping of trucks/trailers.
- Perform basic warehouse duties when required.
