About The Position

Syndeo Staffing has a direct hire opportunity for a reliable Truck Driver for a local metal processing company at their Heat Treat facility. The Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting metal products and materials with the use of a box truck and pickup truck, as well as loading/unloading duties using a forklift. Pay Range: $18–$23/hour Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving large trucks and pickups
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly
• Strong time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups
• Local driving and occasionally trips to Wellington, KS and Hutchinson, KS
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Secure loads with straps to ensure safe transport
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with team members
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
