We are seeking a dependable Truck Driver to join our team in Alexandria, VA, supporting a government client within the Washington, DC/MD/VA (DMV) region. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and timely transport of materials, contributing directly to the operational success of our client engagements.

Requirements

3–5 years of truck or commercial driving experience
Prior experience driving box trucks or vans in a professional setting
Knowledge of Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia routes and transportation regulations
Ability to lift at least 60 lbs
Current DOT medical card/physical
Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Ability to drive locally throughout the Washington, DC/MD/VA area
Availability to start assignments as early as 7:30 a.m.

Nice To Haves

Valid CDL (Class A, B, or C) appropriate for the vehicle being operated

Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial truck to transport materials within the DMV area, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods for government clients.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate logs for trips, deliveries, fuel, and operational activities.
Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Follow security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive materials.
