About The Position
The position holder will be responsible to provide vehicle-driving service to different projects and departments as per the PII Supply Chain and Logistics Operations Manual and other related SOPs. The role involves providing driving services, including long-distance deliveries, route planning, adhering to traffic laws, and maintaining accurate work logs. It also includes collecting and delivering project supplies and documents, ensuring cargo is safely loaded, secured, and recorded properly. Daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance tasks are essential to ensure the vehicle's safety and reliability. The driver is responsible for reporting incidents or accidents and supporting annual vehicle inspections. Additionally, the role requires keeping the vehicle clean and well-equipped in coordination with the fleet management team.
