About The Position

This position is responsible for driving the truck in the absence of the truck driver, helping on the truck, receiving, sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for display in the store; determines suitability and pricing of items based on established standards; assists in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Requirements

No formal education or experience required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

Packs items in boxes and marks boxes; accordingly, assists in transporting boxes to appropriate storage area.
Prepares non-suitable clothes for the bailer; Loads the Bailer; Operates the Bailer
Lifts and carries items to the appropriate destination for further processing, storage or displaying in store.
Assists with the packaging and storage of Seasonal Items
Maintains the cleanliness of the Parking Lot
Loads trash and unsalable items on the dump trailer
Ability to meet attendance requirements
Ability to communicate the English language
Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25 - 50lbs.).materials, supplies, and equipment.
Moderate mobility: duties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis
