About The Position

Walmart is seeking regional truck drivers who can earn up to $105,000 in their first year. The position offers weekly home time with consecutive days off every week. Drivers will be responsible for planning their day, setting priorities, and working with their team to ensure freight is moved safely and on time. They will communicate clearly, solve problems, and adapt to changes on the road. The role involves handling paperwork and electronic logs accurately while following all DOT, state, and company guidelines. Drivers will operate their tractor-trailer safely, inspecting it before, during, and after each trip. Requirements

• Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement within 120 days of hire.
• Minimum of 30 months (2.5 years) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last three years.
• No preventable accidents in the last three years.
• Must currently live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or be willing to establish residence within 250 miles by 90 days from hire date.
