What You'll DoAs an Operations Support employee, you’ll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering and applying fertilizer and chemicals to farms. Communicating effectively with customers. Blending fertilizer and calibrating application equipment. Performing vehicle and equipment maintenance (greasing bearings and maintaining provided vehicle). Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations. Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks. What You Bring Class A CDL required. Hazmat endorsement required. Tanker endorsement preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months). 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred). Ability to operate heavy equipment (one ton pickups, semi-trucks, trailers). High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps). Strong communication and customer service skills. Other InformationCombination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position. Requirements
