About The Position

This position offers a comprehensive trucking career with various options tailored to fit individual lifestyles and family needs. New drivers will start in the OTR division, logging 20,000 safe miles before transitioning to other lanes. The company provides extensive training, covering CDL training costs for those without a CDL. Drivers can choose from OTR, Dedicated, or Local routes, each with its own benefits and pay structures. The role also includes opportunities for solo driving or teaming up with another driver to maximize earnings.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL or willingness to obtain one with company training.
  • Ability to drive long distances and work flexible hours.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Previous mentoring experience in a driving capacity.
