About The Position

This position offers a comprehensive trucking career with various options tailored to fit individual lifestyles and family needs. The company provides extensive training for new drivers, covering the costs of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). With a focus on maximizing earnings potential, drivers can choose from different lanes including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes. New drivers will initially start in the OTR division, logging 20,000 safe miles before transitioning to other lanes based on experience and availability. The company also offers a Lease Purchase program for those interested in running their own mini business, along with opportunities for mentorship and additional performance pay.

Requirements

• Must be willing to undergo training to obtain a CDL if not already possessed.
• Ability to drive solo or as part of a team, depending on preference.
• Commitment to logging safe miles and adhering to company policies.
