About The Position

This position offers a comprehensive trucking career with various options tailored to fit individual lifestyles and goals. New drivers will start in the OTR division, logging 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. The company provides extensive training, covering CDL training costs for those without a CDL. Drivers can choose from OTR, Dedicated, or Local routes, each with its own benefits and pay structures. The OTR route maximizes pay with the most miles, while Dedicated offers weekly home time, and Local provides daily home time with predictable pay. The position also includes opportunities for solo driving or teaming up with another driver to increase pay potential.

Requirements

• Valid CDL or willingness to obtain one through company training
• Ability to drive long hours and cover significant distances
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations

Responsibilities

• Log safe miles as per company requirements
