New drivers will start in the OTR division, logging 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. The company provides extensive training, covering CDL training costs for those without a CDL. Drivers can choose from OTR, Dedicated, or Local routes, each with its own benefits and pay structures. The OTR route maximizes pay with the most miles, while Dedicated offers weekly home time, and Local provides daily home time with predictable pay. The position also includes opportunities for solo driving or teaming up with another driver to increase pay potential.

Requirements

Responsibilities
