About The Position

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers. This position offers an average annual salary of $76,800, with a Monday through Friday schedule, allowing drivers to be home daily on a dedicated route. Drivers will operate late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks, which are equipped with best-in-class specifications designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety for all.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B license with Airbrake endorsement required.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electric motors, bearings, conveyor parts, and automotive parts.
• Unload palletized freight with a pallet jack.
• Scan product upon delivery.
