About The Position

The Class A OTR Lease Purchase Driver position is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start. This opportunity allows drivers to grow a small fleet, qualifying for an additional truck every six months. The average earnings per week range from $1,700 to $2,000, with a pay rate of $1.05 plus fuel surcharge (FSC). All miles are paid, whether loaded or empty, and drivers can earn a safety bonus of $750 monthly for maintaining 2,000 safe miles per week. There is no forced dispatch, allowing drivers to determine their home time. The equipment provided includes 2021 to 2023 Peterbilt 579 trucks, all equipped with 12-speed automatics and Cummins engines, along with various amenities. The job involves delivering steady contract freight with multiple dedicated lanes, primarily in the Midwest and Southeast, avoiding the West Coast and Northeast.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience in the last year and graduated from an accredited CDL school, or 1 year of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• No DUIs in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A tractor-trailer to transport freight.
