About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe before they are sent out on the road. This role involves greeting customers, performing vehicle readiness inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also have the opportunity to build your skills through training and hands-on coaching, potentially advancing to a technician role in the future.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions and safety regulations
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor
