Requirements for this Truck Driver/ Customer Care Specialist position: To excel as a Full-Time Truck Driver/Customer Care Specialist at RTC Services, candidates should possess the following: Superior customer service is essential, as you will be the face of our organization, interacting with clients and addressing their needs Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers via phone and email Strong driving skills, particularly in operating large vans and box trucks Preparing shipments for shipping to companies, assuring inventory counts are accurate, creating sales orders, loading, and unloading customer inventories Highly Organized, Coordination of pickups / drop-offs with customers Responsible for organization of the loading dock and keeping it clean to make it easier for shipments to be received in or going out Familiarity with basic software tools for tracking deliveries and managing customer relationships is also necessary to streamline operations and efficiently schedule runs daily, training provided A proactive mindset, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities, will enable you to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction If you're ready to leverage your skills and make a positive impact in our community, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Experience driving a large van and box truck
  • Experience with use of forklift and motorized pallet jacks, assurance that batteries are sufficiently charged

  • Highly organized, self-starter
  • Excellent Communication skills-verbal and written
  • Teamwork with team members and associates
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • Valid Ohio Driver License with 4 or less points
  • 18 years of age or older
