You will represent BakeMark’s commitment to safety, service, and reliability while ensuring timely, accurate deliveries that keep our bakery supply chain running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL with a safe and clean driving record.
  • 1–2 years of commercial driving experience preferred, ideally within distribution or manufacturing.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle bakery ingredients and materials as required.
  • Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience transporting food products or components is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver and transport bakery components, ingredients, packaging, and other materials.
  • Conduct requires pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and BakeMark safety standards.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement of all products.
  • Ensure all components and materials are delivered accurately and on schedule to support production needs.
  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, electronic records, and manifest documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and the transportation team regarding schedules, delays, or route changes.
