About The Position

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering floral products to customer distribution centers using late model, Penske-maintained trucks. This position offers an average annual salary of $95,500 and requires home time weekly. You will be driving trucks equipped with best-in-class specifications designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety for all. The schedule typically runs from Sunday through Thursday with PM dispatch times ranging between 8 PM to 11 PM, and regional routes with 2 to 3 layovers weekly.

Requirements

• CDL Class A required
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Ability to follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• English language proficiency required
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

• Unload the trailer using pallet jacks
• Adhere to the required schedule and complete all necessary documentation
