Hydrogreen LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our hydroseeding crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, the ability and willingness to potentially do overnight travel 100% of the time M-F each week, and the capability to work efficiently in a team environment. This role involves the transportation and operation of hydroseeding equipment to various job sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and application of hydroseeding materials.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial driving, preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.
Ability to operate and maintain various types of hydroseeding equipment.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of hydroseeding equipment and materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate and drive a commercial vehicle (Class A CDL) to transport hydroseeding equipment and materials to and from job sites.
Load and unload hydroseeding equipment, ensuring secure and safe handling of materials.
Assist with the setup and operation of hydroseeding equipment on site.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving and on job sites.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, bringing problems to the attention of the Foreman, Superintendent or Office Manager
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor, including assisting the Laborers when needed.
