About The Position

We know that the most important component of a thriving team. We are currently searching for a CDL Class A Truck Driver for our Caledonia, MI location. As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you can expect to safely transport products from our production facility to customer locations in a professional, and timely manner in coherence with promoting corporate vision, mission statement, and core values. Our drivers ensure that the customers’ orders are handled according to the Quality Policy.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid Class A CDL for interstate commerce.
  • Must have 2 full years of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military driving experience.
  • A satisfactory motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Work safely and attend all safety training.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-7 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders to achieve corporate goals.
  • Operate distribution services in compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Obtain cross-functional abilities within the manufacturing/shipping environment.
  • Maintain tractor and trailer vehicle inspections according to DOT regulations.
  • Coordinate production activities with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
