NFI is seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers for local and regional routes. The position offers a mix of home time and a schedule from Monday to Friday, with start times between 2 AM and 3 AM. Drivers will operate dry van equipment and engage in drop and hook activities, with no touch freight but live unloads. The operating area is primarily in Illinois.

  • Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
  • Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
  • Report all problems with equipment, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after routes.
  • Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
  • Perform routes, pickups, and deliveries based on customer requirements.
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Current Class A CDL from your state of residence.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Class A commercial driving experience.
  • Acceptable references from past employers.
  • Meet all applicable DOT qualifications.
  • Physically capable to perform all job duties, including moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs.
