About The Position

Sargent Logistics is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage the operations of their OTR trucking fleet. The role focuses on optimizing freight transportation, ensuring effective communication with drivers, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year truck dispatching experience
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of DAT and other load boards
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Big Plus if you speak any of these languages: Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Macedonian, Bosnian, Croatian.
