About The Position

FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Their premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. HS diploma or equivalent required
No experience required

1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assembles by hand, uses hand tools or portable powered tools, and/or operates equipment as necessary in order to produce or process products.
Loads and unloads previously setup machines, such as arbor presses, drill presses, taps, spot-welding machines, riveting machines, milling machines, or broaches, to perform fastening, force fitting, or light metal-cutting operation on assembly line.
May be assigned to different workstations as production needs require or shift from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor.
May be part of a crew and assist skilled operators in performance of skilled function.
May work at bench as member of assembly group that processes or assembles one or two specific parts and passes unit to another worker.
May repair units that fail to meet specifications.
