Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience.
  • Knowledge & experience of equipment maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to obtain knowledge from resources on Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
  • Proven analytical/problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with other departments, including vendors, colleagues, and subordinates.
  • Technical knowledge necessary to make sound decisions on development issues with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to analyze data and information and assess and resolve complex problems/issues.
  • Comprehend and follow all applicable SOPs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to portray the appropriate level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, regulators, and client representatives in written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and according to established and shifting timelines.
  • Ability to make quality scheduling, resource allocation, and priorities decisions.
  • Energetic, execution-focused, self-motivated, and organized individual.
  • Results-oriented and efficient.
  • Creative and open-minded who fosters an environment in which sharing of ideas is encouraged.
  • Ability to work closely with a diverse customer and employee base.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluent in English with legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, repair equipment.
  • Fabrication of parts for equipment.
  • Execute maintenance work orders.
  • Provide support to manufacturing during their manufacturing process.
  • Implement safety regulation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
