About The Position

We are seeking friendly, responsible individuals to join our team as Trolley Drivers for the summer season. This position operates from June through August and offers an excellent opportunity to work with the public in a dynamic, outdoor setting. As a Trolley Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or C with Passenger Endorsement.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong focus on vehicle control, passenger safety, and adherence to road rules is essential.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Providing clear communication, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for passengers is vital.
• Must be able to handle diverse situations, varying passenger behavior, and unpredictable traffic conditions.
• Ability to work outdoors and on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in passenger transportation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a trolley vehicle along assigned routes in accordance with TRMF schedules and safety regulations.
• Interact courteously and professionally with passengers, answering questions and assisting as needed.
• Ensure the safety of passengers at all times, including assisting with boarding and exiting the trolley.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintain clean and orderly vehicle interior.
• Follow all traffic laws and TRMF policies.
