About The Position

An Opportunity to Join our Remarkable Care Team in the Trinity Elite Department awaits YOU!!!! The Athletic Trainer develops, implements, and maintains comprehensive health care programs for patients, clients, and athletes. The practice of athletic training includes injury/illness prevention and wellness protection, clinical evaluation and diagnosis, immediate and emergency care, treatment and rehabilitation, and organizational and professional health and well-being of individuals under the direction of a physician.

Requirements

• Current State of Michigan Licensed Athletic Trainer.
• Membership in or eligibility for membership in National Athletic Trainers Association, preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and demonstrated competence/independence in handling challenging case load of patients and clients for physical therapy rehabilitative care and sports performance training, preferred.
• Collegiate Athletic Experience, preferred.
• Professional or Collegiate Training experience, preferred.
