Requirements

Able to stand for 10 hours and manipulate the part through the process with tongs

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of the crew while staying on top of 5S
Ability to operate Trim Press in the cycle time determined by management
Handles platters with extreme care
Has the ability to make tongs
Installation and removal of trim tooling
Adjust trim press shut height
Helps assist hammer operator on adjustments and knocking out or driving in hammer keys
Visual monitor and adjust air line for removal of scale
Visual monitor product for any defects
Report any issues on cell or with trim tooling
