Requirements
- Previous trim or related dealership experience required
- Experience handling recalls and OEM updates
- Own tools required
- Strong attendance and reliability are a must
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed
- Works well in a team environment
- Professional attitude with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Perform trim-related repairs, recalls, and manufacturer updates
- Complete campaign work accurately and efficiently
- Assist the express shop during peak volume or overflow
- Support general shop workflow and maintain productivity
- Follow Kia procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Communicate clearly with advisors, express techs, and management
