About The Position

We are seeking a Production Trim Press Worker for our 2nd shift at our manufacturing facility in Decorah. As a Production Trim Press Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the trim press machine to produce high-quality parts. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications and are delivered on time. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Skills: As a Production Trim Press Worker, you will use your skills in operating machinery, reading blueprints, and troubleshooting to ensure that high-quality parts are produced efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience in the durable goods manufacturing industry and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles will be beneficial in optimizing production processes. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications and are delivered on time, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
