About The Position

C Global Inc is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trim Carpenter to support the finishing phase of residential construction projects. This role is responsible for the precise installation of trim, molding, and custom woodwork to ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently in a team environment, and has experience with fine carpentry techniques and materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in trim or finish carpentry
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Proficiency with standard carpentry tools
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Experience with tools such as miter saws, table saws, routers, planers, and track saws
Understanding of wood joinery methods, including miters, dados, rabbets, mortises, dowels, and biscuits
Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic math calculations
Attention to detail and precision craftsmanship
Time management and dependability
Teamwork and communication
Problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and quality

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential or high-end construction
Knowledge of wood species, trim materials, and finishing techniques
Familiarity with OSHA standards and building codes
Carpentry apprenticeship or vocational training

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install trim elements including baseboards, crown molding, door/window casings, and custom woodwork
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
Perform precision finish carpentry with tight tolerances and clean finishes
Select and prepare materials in accordance with project requirements
Safely operate hand and power tools
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines
Inspect completed work and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
