We’re hiring Trim Carpenter to support our paver/block manufacturing operations Job Purpose Safely create molds for custom Rock-Cast units while assuring that mold specifications, special instructions, and schedule all satisfy customer requirements.

Requirements

High School/GED preferred.
Good communication skills written and verbal
Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing in English.
Wood shop or carpentry experience
knowledge of how to use tools, saw, and other carpentry tools
Knowledge of how to use hand tools, multi-meters.

Responsibilities

Ability to understand and read shop drawings
Build basic box style molds for hand tamp, lightweight, and precast, building simple rectangle and square shape molds with no profiles added to the piece.
Paint molds (brushing on sealer and for coat, ability to wear a respiratory)
Ability to use basic hand tools while setting up and using table saws and other various shop tools
Working with production with assisting in mold set-up
May need to perform finishing operations on molds to include painting
Ability to lift up-to 75lbs with assistance
All other duties as assigned
Ability to work across all levels of the organization
Ability to utilize mathematical skills.
Follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by supervisor
