Join us and help protect what matters most! Assembles metal products, such as pipe nipples that are connected to Valves and devices. Testing of assembled Trim, inspecting and packaging. Working in a cell environment on shop floor by performing the following duties. Work Schedule: 3 pm - 11 pm

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
Fastens parts together with wrenches and pipe compound assuring proper torque is used.
Inspects parts for proper Quality and ensure that a produce a proper seal between parts is achieved.
Tests Trimmed and Pre-Trimmed Valves and Devices according to approval laboratory guide lines.
Inspects and packages Trimmed Valves according to Viking quality standards.
Disassembles Pre trimmed valves and package according to work order instructions.
Identifies scrap and salvage and records such for inventory purposes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
