About The Position
The TRICARE Community Liaison (TCL) is a customer-facing role at Humana Military, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff, and other government personnel. The TCL plays a crucial role in ensuring understanding of the TRICARE health plan and navigating the Military Health System, while also supporting local TRICARE network operations. This position requires independent decision-making, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume environment.
