Requirements
- CNA/HHA certification or comparable caregiving experience
- A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Long-hour overnight visits lasting up to 12 hours, typically starting at 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM
- Friday or Saturday night availability required (or both)
- Ability to remain awake and attentive for the entire overnight visit
- Willingness to commute up to 20 miles within your local area
