Join Our Tribute Secure Program - Guaranteed Pay & Flexible Hours for Caregivers Are you passionate about caring for others and looking for more consistency in your schedule and pay? Tribute Secure is a special caregiving role designed to provide more stability, support, and guaranteed full time hours. In exchange for your commitment to be available for visits on your assigned days, you will receive guaranteed weekly hours, even if your full schedule is not booked. Important: To qualify for this role, you must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to Annapolis, Columbia, Severna Park, and Catonsville . About the Role: As a Tribute Secure Caregiver Associate, you will provide one-on-one care to older adults in their homes. Visits may be up to 12 hours and often begin 7am/pm or 8am/pm. Requirements

Ability to travel to Annapolis, Columbia, Severna Park, and Catonsville
Valid driver's license
Genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
CPR certification
Negative TB test
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
