As a Trial Operations Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Support the Launch Team with roll out of processes, focusing on the development aspect.

4 year degree required.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, best practices, and industry trends (in technology/process implementation).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling communication materials using various channels and formats.
Experience in developing and implementing benefit/value realization frameworks and processes.
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify barriers to change and develop effective strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives to successful outcomes.
Creative thinking and customer centricity.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools for value realization tracking.
