About The Position

This is clerical work in a district court involving standardized duties and well-established procedures. The role includes handling document receipt and filing (including electronic filing), scanning/imaging documents, data entry, receipting monies, setting hearings, and maintaining court calendars. The successful candidate will cross-train in multiple areas of the district court and assist with caseload management as needed. This position requires excellent customer service skills to provide information and assistance to the judiciary, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, state agencies, and the public. Other duties may be assigned by the Clerk of the District Court.

Requirements

  • GED or high school graduate
  • Minimum of one-year clerical experience
