About The Position
The Trial Capabilities Associate (TCA) at Lilly is responsible for providing clinical trial capabilities in support of clinical development. This role focuses on performing clinical trial site activation activities, ensuring that investigator sites meet the necessary requirements to enroll study participants. The TCA will primarily handle the execution of budgets and contracts, while also ensuring inspection readiness through maintaining a complete and accurate Trial Master File. The position requires collaboration with investigators and other stakeholders to drive timelines and maintain compliance with global regulations and company policies.
