About The Position
The Trial Attorney position is a unique opportunity to join an AV rated law firm in San Antonio, Texas, with a rich history of over 150 years of combined civil litigation experience. This firm has built a reputation for excellence across the state of Texas, providing a wide array of civil legal services. The firm specializes in various areas including personal injury, construction litigation, products liability, premise liability, and toxic torts. The ideal candidate for this role will have between 3 to 7 years of trial experience and will be expected to manage a diverse docket of cases, working closely with one of the founding members of the firm. This position is not only a chance to grow professionally but also offers a pathway to partnership within the firm. As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that all legal processes are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes conducting thorough legal research, drafting necessary legal documents, and actively participating in court proceedings.
