About The Position

The clinic is located at 11035 West Karcher Road and provides convenient care to close to home for west Nampa residents and surrounding communities. As Nurse in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information. Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.

Requirements

  • Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
  • Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
  • ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations

Nice To Haves

  • Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
