We deliver endocrinology and diabetes care in an outpatient setting located on the Newton-Wellesley Hospital main campus (2014 Washington Street, in Newton, MA). Our endocrinologists help people with diabetes and hormonal disorders successfully manage their conditions. Patients receive state-of-the-art diabetes treatment through our team’s advanced and effective techniques. Conditions treated: • Diabetes management • Osteoporosis • Thyroid disorders and tumors • General endocrinology We are seeking a Full-Time, 40-hour Triage RN with expertise in diabetes management to join our dynamic outpatient Endocrinology team with a specialized focus on diabetes care as well as general endocrinology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diabetes management including experience with diabetes technologies (such as insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring systems). Collaborating with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care, primarily handling phone triage, our nurses work in a collaborative and patient-centric environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and are responsible for:
