The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites. We are located at 133 Littleton Road, Suite 202 in the Emerson Hospital Health Center on Route 110 in Westford, MA. We have access to on-site laboratory and radiology services including ultrasound, mammography, CT scan and MRI imaging. We are seeking a Full-time 40-hour RN to support our practice onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. This role is 95% on the phones with patients and 5% patient facing, so the ideal candidate profile is an adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety! Job Summary Summary Responsible for patient care and support within our hospital's outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - HR Only required
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred
  • Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care and support in our ambulatory care unit, ensuring high nursing standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
